Sitting Bull Stampede Rodeo

The Sitting Bull Stampede is held annually July 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Traditions of the old west come alive for the PRCA sanctioned Sitting Bull Stampede Rodeo at 7:30pm nightly. Top name professional cowboys and cowgirls, award winning animals and the top rodeo entertainment professionals make your rodeo experience a memorable one. In addition to the rodeo, there is a Carnival July 1st – 4th, a parade on Main Street on July 3rd and tent dances with live music following the rodeo performances on the 2nd and 3rd. A huge fireworks display tops off the celebration following the rodeo on the 4th.

Purchase tickets online at www.mobridge.org/rodeo or in person prior to event.

The arena is also home to the Mobridge Indian Relay Races the first weekend in June, celebrating its 6th year in 2025. 2 days of bareback horse racing testing speed, courage, skill and teamwork is an exciting cultural experience you don’t want to miss!
